Wings of Change is a volunteer-driven non-profit dedicated to mentoring and supporting underprivileged and marginalized students across Tamil Nadu. We work from a simple belief: talent is universal, but access to guidance, professional networks and encouragement is not. Our mentors close that gap.
01 Personalized career guidance
In partnership with Thisai, every student gets an AI-backed career assessment that turns "I'm not sure" into a clear, evidence-based direction.
02 Personalized mentoring
For underprivileged and marginalized students — every mentor works closely with 3–5 students, with structured bi-weekly touchpoints that build into a lasting relationship.
03 Education support
Financial and academic aid for students from vulnerable communities, so a lack of resources never becomes the reason a student steps away from school.

The Anton High-Level Mentorship Program
We connect passionate mentors from Tech, UPSC, Medicine, Law and Digital Marketing with students who lack access to professional networks, career guidance and personal mentorship.
Match
A student is paired with a mentor whose field and experience fit where they want to go — not just who happens to be available.
Mentor
One mentor, 3–5 students, bi-weekly touchpoints. Conversations move from confidence and clarity to concrete next steps.
Grow
Academic and financial support where it's needed, alongside a widening network the student can keep drawing on well past graduation.
Wings of Change began with the same question, asked again and again: bright students, full of ability, with no one to turn to and ask "what next?" Alumni who kept meeting that question decided to become the answer.

Where mentorship pointed to a gap, we built a tool to close it.
Years of one-on-one mentoring surfaced the same pattern: most school and college students don't know what career path to pursue — they just need someone, or something, to help them choose one. That insight, born directly out of Wings of Change's mentoring work, became the starting point for Thisai.
Today, Wings of Change mentees get the best of both: a human mentor who knows them, and an AI-backed career assessment from Thisai that turns "I'm not sure" into a clear, evidence-based direction — before the first mentoring conversation even begins.
